Order Processing:

During holidays or high-volume sales, processing may take an extra day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Make sure your email is entered correctly when placing your order and check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Shipping Details:
Standard shipping within the USA takes 3–5 business days.

All orders are shipped first-class.

Please note: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee of $5.

Malaya’s Luxury Collection is not responsible for lost packages once USPS marks them as delivered. If this happens, please contact USPS directly.
